Amazon Auto Pricing

Amazon Auto Pricing works with Buy Box Guard to help you monitor Buy Box ownership, seller changes, and offer state while applying Amazon pricing rules with safe Min Price and Max Price boundaries.

Core Value

  • Monitor the Buy Box: Track whether your offer, a third-party seller, Amazon Retail, or a whitelisted seller is holding key offer positions.
  • Control repricing boundaries: Set Min Price and Max Price so automation stays within your operating limits.
  • React faster in batches: Select multiple ASINs and enable or disable auto-pricing rules together.
  • Protect known sellers: Use whitelisted seller IDs so your own or authorized accounts are not counted as ordinary third-party competition.

Quick Start

1. Open Buy Box Guard

Go to Amazon > Buy Box Guard and select the target Amazon store. The page shows summary cards, tabs, filters, and a product table with offer state.

2. Configure Auto Pricing

In the product table, use the Auto Pricing column:

  1. Select or enter the Amazon pricing rule.
  2. Enter Min Price.
  3. Enter Max Price.
  4. Click the status icon to enable auto pricing for the SKU.
⚠️

Min Price and Max Price are operating boundaries. Do not use placeholder values for live SKUs.

3. Use Bulk Settings

For multiple ASINs:

  1. Click Batch auto pricing.
  2. Select the rows you want to update.
  3. Refresh pricing rules if needed.
  4. Enable, disable, or save the selected configurations.

4. Review Offer State

Use the table columns to check:

  • My Offer: your current landed price and stock state
  • Buy Box: the current Buy Box seller and price
  • Lowest: the lowest observed offer
  • Sellers: total, third-party, and official seller counts
  • Events: recent offer or seller state changes

Feature Details

Auto Pricing Rules

Amazon pricing rules are loaded by store and product type. You can select a returned rule or enter the Rule ID manually when needed.

Whitelist

Seller IDs in the whitelist are treated as known sellers. They are excluded from normal third-party risk counts in Buy Box Guard, which is useful when you operate multiple seller accounts or work with authorized sellers.

Import and Export

Use Import/Export to manage Offer Guard rows and auto-pricing configurations in batches. This is the fastest way to maintain a large ASIN set.

FAQ

Why is there no pricing rule?

Pricing rules come from Amazon auto-pricing rules for the selected store and product type. If the dropdown is empty, confirm that the Amazon store is connected, the SKU has a product type, and then refresh rules. You can still enter the Rule ID manually if you already know it.

What is the whitelist for?

The whitelist marks seller IDs as your own or authorized sellers. Whitelisted sellers are not counted as ordinary third-party sellers in Buy Box Guard, which helps avoid false risk signals when you run multiple accounts or approved reseller arrangements.
