Glossary

  • ASIN: Amazon Standard Identification Number — unique product identifier assigned by Amazon
  • SKU (Seller SKU): Merchant-defined product identifier (displayed as “SKU” in the product table)
  • FNSKU: Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit — FBA inventory identifier
  • FBA / FBM: Fulfillment by Amazon / Fulfillment by Merchant
  • Marketplace ID: Marketplace identifier (US / UK / ZA, etc.)
  • Profile ID: Amazon Ads profile identifier
  • Prime: Prime order flag
  • Business Order: Amazon Business order
  • TACOS: Total Advertising Cost of Sales — total ad spend / total revenue (across all ad types)
  • ACoS: Advertising Cost of Sales — ad spend / ad-attributed revenue (per campaign)
  • Buy Box: The percentage of page views where your offer is the featured offer
  • Sessions: Number of visits to your product pages within a 24-hour period
  • Conversion Rate: Unit Session Percentage — units ordered / sessions
  • Net Proceeds: Revenue remaining after Amazon fees, refunds, and costs
  • Data Kiosk: Amazon’s reporting service for Sales & Traffic and Economics data (typically 1-day delay)
  • SP-API: Selling Partner API — Amazon’s API for sellers and vendors

Common Issues

Connection

  • Authorization failed: Reconnect and complete authorization
  • Wrong marketplace: Reconnect and select the correct site

Troubleshooting Checklist

  1. Confirm the store is active
  2. Select the correct Amazon store and date range
  3. Consider Data Kiosk one-day delay
  4. Reauthorize the store or Ads account
