Data Categories

SP‑API Data

  • Products: Listings and inventory
  • Orders: Order status and totals
  • Returns: Return records and status

Data Kiosk Data

  • Sales & Traffic: Sales and traffic metrics (daily aggregation)
  • Economics: Fees, costs, net proceeds (daily aggregation)

Refresh Frequency

  • High-frequency tasks: Products, orders, and returns update on a 30-minute cycle
  • Low-frequency tasks: Sales & Traffic and Economics update daily (typically early morning)

Data delay: Data Kiosk metrics usually lag by one day.

Initial Sync

When you first connect an Amazon store, Revenuealot pulls up to 180 days of historical data, then continues with incremental updates.

What Affects Update Speed

  • Store size and order volume
  • Amazon API rate limits
  • Network and service load
